How do I sign up?
Creating a myGIANT Online account is quick and easy. Please take a moment to register your BONUSCARD for our online services. During registration you will be asked to update your information and create a user id and password. In just a few clicks, you’ll be ready to start shopping!
What if I forget my password?
Go to the homepage at GiantFoodStores.com, click on the Sign-in box in the upper right corner. At the login prompt, click forget your password?. Submit your email address and a secure message containing your password will promptly be sent to your e-mail address.
How do I edit/manage my account?
Once you are logged onto your account you can access your information by viewing your personalized page from the sign-in box on the homepage, then by clicking the Update My Account. You are then able to make changes to your personal information, e-mail and password, preferred store, interests, dietary preferences and more.

Is myGIANT Online’s website secure?
GIANT and its web hosting partner, GSN, take appropriate precautions to protect personal information. All information is protected using secure socket layer (SSL) encryption technology. See our terms and policies for more information.
Will my information be kept private & confidential?
The website utilizes cookies to track your login session and helps keep you logged in even if you step away from your computer for a short period. During registration you will be given the option of allowing your computer to remember your login and password for easier sign on next time.

What are your hours of operation?
Orders can be picked up at Camp Hill between 9 AM and 8 PM, and Willow Grove between 9 AM and 8 PM, 7 days a week. There are a limited number of pickup times available per hour. Only available time slots will be displayed during the online checkout process.
Please note: A 4-hour lead time is required for all orders.
How do the pickup time slots work?
When placing an order for pickup, you will need to schedule a time that is convenient for you to receive your order. You will select your day and time in step #2 of the checkout process. IMPORTANT NOTE: Each pickup window has a limited number of available slots. Only available time slots will display during the checkout process. A 4-hour lead time is required for all orders.
Where do I pick up my order?
We offer two convenient ways to pick up your groceries:
Option 1: Drive Thru Pickup
You can stay in your car while our attendant accepts your payment and loads your groceries. A designated drive thru pick up lane is located between the two outside front entrances of the store.
Option 2: In-Store Pickup
Pick up and pay at the myGIANT Shop From Home service desk located inside at the front of the store. Please check in at the Shop From Home service desk upon arrival; additional items can be added to your order at this time.
Order Assembly & Confirmation
Who is responsible for assembling my order?
Your order will be personally picked from our store inventory by “personal shoppers” who have been trained to select the highest quality available. Our personal shopping staff will review your order and carefully fill your request based on any special instructions.
How can I make sure my order is correct before I pay?
Upon arriving for pickup, the myGIANT Shop From Home attendant will review your order with you. Any items temporarily out of stock and/or substitutions will be appropriately marked and you will have the option to add, remove or change any items.
What if an item is incorrect or missing from my order?
Please call Customer Service if you have any issues with your order or items that you received. Our friendly associates will gladly help you with any order concerns.

How do I order?
Once you are logged on to your account, you can begin shopping. Add items to “My Shopping Cart” as you browse through the various tabs; Weekly Circular, myBONUS BUY Savings, Things I Buy and Browse the Aisles. Finish your order by clicking on the “View Cart/Check Out” button on “My Shopping Cart” which will bring you to our secured check out page. During checkout, we will ask you to review your order, choose your pickup date/time and add any comments or special concerns you may have for our personal shoppers. Once you submit your order, you will receive a confirmation email and your order will be ready for pickup and payment at your selected store.
How do I use the search function?
Type the brand name, a brief product description, a keyword or UPC into the Quick Search box. Results are organized by relevance with any BONUS BUY Savings highlighted. Click on categories to narrow your results.
Why does it appear as though I only have four items in “My Shopping Cart”?
The “My Shopping Cart” display is a summary which lists the last four items that you have added to your cart. If you want to view the rest of the items in your cart, click on “View Cart/Check Out” and you will be able to view every item selected for your current order.
How do I create a personal shopping list?
The “Saved Carts” link at top of page will provide you with the ability to save numerous different shopping lists by date or specific to how you would like to organize your shopping. For example, you could label a specific list for “kid’s lunch items” which might contain bread, juice, chips and deli meats. Or, you could create a camping list for items you like to take camping like granolas, fruit, or pastas.
The “Saved Carts” link will allow you to start shopping with a previous saved cart or create a new cart for this order.
Why is the website slow?
We highly recommend using high-speed internet access. If you are connecting to the internet with a “dial up” connection (56K), the product pages on our website may load slowly. To speed up your shopping, you can click “edit profile” under your name in the top right hand corner and click “turn images off.” This will allow the pages of our website to load quicker.
How can I suggest a product?
We welcome your feedback and suggestions! “Contact Us” with special requests such as product suggestions by emailing our consumer affairs department or include your suggestions in the comments field at the end of check out while placing your order.
Can I add specifics about the products I’m ordering?
Each product has a comment field below the description to allow you to add personal preferences or other notes about the specific item (e.g. preferring green over yellow bananas). Type the comments into this field prior to adding it to your shopping cart or click on “View Cart/Check Out” and enter your comments before checkout.
Where do I make comments about my total order?
For comments about your general order, please fill out the “Comment” field in Step 1 of the Checkout process.
What if the item I order online isn’t available?
During step 1 of the checkout process, you will have the option to let our personal shoppers know how you would like them to handle items that are temporarily out of stock. This preference will be used as a guideline as your personal shoppers select your online order. Upon pickup, all substituted items will be highlighted on your pickup slip and you will have the ability to remove or change a substituted item.
Your substitution choices are:
- Let personal shopper decide – items will be substituted with similar items
- Substitute with product of different size but same brand
- Substitute with product of same size but different brand
- No Substitutions
What happens to my cart if I leave before checking out?
Everything in your shopping cart will automatically be saved. Then next time you visit our site and log in, you can pick up where you left off. You’ll find your order under the “Saved Carts” link near the top of the page.
Please note - Our prices are based on our weekly circular which is in effect from Sunday to Saturday. You may see prices in your cart change if you shop one day and return the next to check out.
To ensure that you receive the current week’s prices, you should schedule your pickup time no later than the Saturday of the current week. The current in-store price at time of pickup will be reflected on your final receipt.
What if I decide to shop my own order?
At any time prior to checkout, you may choose to print your cart. Click on "View Cart/Check Out" then, "Print Current Cart" under the Current Cart menu. Your list will print by category.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Once an order has been placed, you cannot change or edit that order on our web site.
If you need to cancel an order, please call our personal shoppers at least four hours before the order is scheduled for pickup.

Changes can also be made at time of pickup. Just go to the Shop From Home Service Desk located in the front of the store next to Customer Service, and advise our friendly associate of the changes.
Can I pick up additional items when I get to the store?
Additional items can be added to your order at time of payment and pickup. Upon arrival, please check in at the myGIANT Shop From Home service desk located at the front of the store next to customer service. Then shop for additional items and pay for your total basket when you pick up your online order at the myGIANT Shop From Home service desk.
When does the weekly ad run?
Our prices are based on our weekly circular which is in effect from Sunday to Saturday. To ensure that you receive the current week’s prices, you should schedule your pickup time no later than the Saturday of the current week. The current in-store price will be reflected on your final receipt.
Can I return a product?
Yes! At GIANT, we strive to consistently provide you with the freshest, tastiest food available. If there is a product that you are not satisfied with, please bring the item to our customer service counter located within our store and we will make arrangements to replace the product or provide you with a refund.
Our Double Your Money Back Guarantee will give you twice the amount you paid if you’re not completely satisfied with any purchase you make from our Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Floral, Deli and Produce departments.

How do I pay?
Once you have completed and confirmed your order using our secured checkout process on the web, your order will be ready for pickup and payment at the date and time you selected at our GIANT Super Food Store. Upon arrival, we will gladly accept your coupons and total your order for payment. We accept cash, check, Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, and Discover), gift cards and debit cards (in-store pickup only).
Is there a minimum order?
No. There is no minimum that you must order using myGIANT Shop From Home.
Does GIANT accept coupons or food stamps?
GIANT accepts coupons and food stamps at time of pickup. Please present them to the myGIANT Online attendant upon arrival at the store.

Important Product Pricing Information - Please Read
We strive to make sure the prices you see while shopping online are the same as those in the store. Your total is an estimate that may vary at pickup due to items purchased by weight, the substitution option you selected during checkout, and/or additional BONUSCARD offers. If there’s a discrepancy, the in-store price will be reflected on your final receipt. Please note: a $4.95 personal shopping fee will be added to your total.
BONUS BUY Savings - Our prices are based on our weekly circular which is in effect from Sunday to Saturday. To receive the current week’s prices, please schedule your pickup time no later than the Saturday of the current week. Beyond that date, BONUS BUY Savings are subject to change. All BONUS BUY Savings are available when you use your BONUSCARD.
To register for myGIANT Online you must be a GIANT BonusCard holder. In turn, your order will receive all current BonusCard pricing and promotional points. Please have your BonusCard with you at time of pickup and present to the myGIANT Shop From Home attendant upon arrival.
Can I participate in GIANT’s BONUSCARD Reward programs (e.g. Gas Rewards, Extra Rewards, Turkey Rewards, A+ School Rewards)?
Just like shopping in-store, during BONUSCARD Rewards promotions, myGIANT Online shoppers are eligible to receive and redeem points and offers. Please see program rules for details and any restrictions.

Is there a charge for Shop From Home?
GIANT does charge a $4.95 fee for the personal shopping service.
Should I tip the driver/personal shopper?
Tipping is not required or expected. Our personal shoppers and friendly store associates are always glad to assist.
Random Weight Items
How do I order random weight items?
For items typically sold by the pound, you have the option of telling us how many units of an item and/or how many pounds you would like to purchase. If you shop using units for items such as apples, peppers or bananas, please use the comment field to indicate whether you are looking for a specific quantity or pound. For example, you may want 4 apples OR 1 lb. of apples. Many people have no idea how much these items weight, so often the quantity is easier to specify. When purchasing multiple packs of weighted items such as meat, you may choose to tell us how many units or packs along with the weight of each pack you would like. For example, select 2 units and 3 lbs if you want (2) two -3 lbs. packages each. This is often helpful when purchasing items on Buy One Get One promotions.
Please note: Your totals may differ due to items ordered by weight. Items sold by the pound will vary within their given weight ranges. When you receive your product you will only be charged the per pound price for the actual weight of the item you received. To assist you during shopping, the product descriptions will always list the price per pound for an item; there will also be a pull down menu from which you can choose in quarter-pound increments.
